This rope uses our new 5" ultra-light (weighs only 30g per handle with bearing) handles made from solid aerospace grade aluminum handles and features our new ball bearing and swivel system. An ergonomic design in the handle allows for hand positioning to ease forearm strain. This rope provides an ultra-smooth turning motion for speed and multiple under training. Ideal for all types of athletes including CrossFit, boxers, and MMA athletes. Our custom made replaceable ball bearings are held in place with shaft collars. Loop locks allow for easy length adjustment by the user - no special tools required (wire cutters are required to cut to length). Handles have our limited lifetime warranty. Bearings have a limited 90-day warranty. Available with coated or uncoated wire.
