Section 1 provides activities for skill development records. This section can be used as skippers learn skills and develop routines.
Section 2 provides charts to record the improvement of fitness.
Section 3 provides Rope Skipping Programs for a longer duration (e.g., a Six-week activity program, Fitness & Training Program for Athletes).
Section 4 provides charts for skippers to record their scores during participation in special events found in the Manual (e.g., Skip Across Challenge, Skip to a Million, 1000 Skips Challenge, Records Day)
