International Orders (e.g., Asia, Europe etc) are shipped by "Surface" via the Canadian postal service and take 4 to 12 weeks depending on the destination. Air shipping is also available (takes about 5-10 days). "Air" shipping is available with a surcharge applied. For details, please contact us.

Offline Orders:
When you go to Checkout you will be given the option to pay via telephone, fax or cheque. Should you choose one of these payment options, your order WILL NOT be shipped until payment has been processed.
For payment by cheque, your order WILL NOT be shipped until the cheque has cleared the bank. This may take up to six weeks for international cheques. Bank drafts are preferred in these circumstances so that we can ship your product immediately.
Custom Beaded Ropes:
Custom ropes are available online through our Custom Ropes category. Custom beaded ropes in either single or long rope lengths, half cut or regular length beads are available in minimum quantities of 6 and may require up to 2 weeks for preparation prior to shipping.
Custom Color / Print Speed Ropes:
Custom color and custom printed speed ropes are available in quantities as low as 500 units – please see the information on our Custom Speed Rope page.
